Chocolate Protein Cake

Chocolate Protein Cake 













Ingredients:

Cake Batter:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites 
  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein 
  • 1  cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour 
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 TSP lemon juice 
  • 1 1/2 TSP Baking powder
  • 1 1/2 TSP Baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Baking stevia  
Protein Frosting:
  • 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla or chocolate casein protein 
  • 1 TSP fat free cream cheese 
Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8×8 in cake pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Place all of the ingredients for the cake in a blender until batter is smooth.
3. Pour cake batter into prepared pan and bake for 28-30 min or until a knife comes out clean. 
5. To make the frosting, mix the Greek yogurt, casein protein, and fat fresh cream cheese in a bowl and then top cooled cake.

  1. I really need to get some of that baking stevia. I've been using the sachets so far, which worked good too. Also, I wasn't aware that there is sugar free maple syrup out there! WHAAAT?! This cake looks amazing. I gotta try this next! Thank you for sharing all those wonderful recipe's. I'll be definitely trying some geo-fit approved protein yummies. ps. I'm anna_lu_lu at instagram. I've seen you liking some of my protein goodies too :)
