Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1 egg
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup baking stevia (measures like sugar)
- 1 TSP baking soda
- 1 TSP baking powder
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 12 muffin tins
- Muffin pan
- 1.5 cups fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla casein protein
- 1/2 TSP cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin liners with nonstick.
- Place all of the ingredients n a blender, and blend until mixture is smooth.
- Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
- If you chose to add frosting, mix the greek yogurt and casein protein while muffins cool, then top.
